The Zigler Center in Child Development and Social Policy at the Yale University School of Medicine has a long history of conducting timely research to address critical policy questions, utilizing communications channels and key policy and advocacy partners to advance data-informed decision making.

Key partner organizations are Child Care Aware of America (with a reach to most all U.S. child care programs through the over 400 state and local child care resource and referral agencies in its network) and the National Workforce Registry Alliance (which coordinates child care workforce registries in 42 states, containing over 857,000 child care providers).
